Louis Grisoni founds the Domaine Grisoni in the Three Lakes region at the foot of the Jura.

Jacques Grisoni, the founder's son, takes over the management and expands the business field.

Since 1 July 2017, Domaine Grisoni and Domaine Grillette have been pursuing a joint path; Christian Jeanneret continues the tradition.
