Chocolaterie Die Ise is a Hamburg manufactory for handcrafted pralines and hand-poured chocolate specialties. It began in 2001 with three praline creations – a white champagne truffle, a milk chocolate cognac truffle and a dark malt whisky truffle – which were offered at the Hamburg Isemarkt. Today the company produces a wide range of pralines, Pralinendruck (printed pralines) and chocolate specialties at its manufactory in Hamburg-Sasel. The products are sold through the company's own chocolaterie, shipped online with secure parcel delivery, or can be picked up free of charge on site.
