About the Lühmann Group
The Christian Lühmann GmbH is a medium-sized family company based in Hoya (Lower Saxony), in existence since 1882. Since 2011, the company has acted as a holding and service provider for the operating companies of the Lühmann Group, which covers classic business fields of the mineral oil market. Under the CLASSIC brand, lubricants (engine, gear, hydraulic and industrial oils, coolants, greases, antifreeze) based on high-quality virgin base oils and additives are distributed as well as filled, stored and logistically distributed. Further business fields include the operation of around 190 CLASSIC filling stations, LPG including gas cylinder filling, electricity and natural gas supply (BMV Energie), car sharing, as well as technical service and fluid management with oil analysis, coolant monitoring and used oil disposal. Customers include, among others, agriculture, biogas/CHP, industry, construction and the automotive trade; the delivery area covers Northern and Eastern Germany, Rheinhessen and the Westmünsterland up to the Lower Rhine.
