Christian Müller-Lisa GmbH & Co Sägewerk KG is a family-run sawmill based in Wallenfels in the Frankenwald region. The company specialises in high-value timber from the best growing regions in Germany and produces log timber from pine, larch, spruce and Douglas fir, pine slats as well as construction and garden wood. The value chain covers the purchase of high-quality roundwood, sawmill production, drying and, on request, planing of the products. Production is individually adapted to customer requirements. Distribution is handled by in-house truck logistics. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests with PEFC certification. Apart from wood processing, there are no other manufacturing processes; therefore the platform's specifications for material codes and certificates only partially cover the wood sector.
