About Fischer Kälte-Klima
Christof Fischer GmbH is a fourth-generation family-owned refrigeration and air conditioning technology company headquartered in Kernen im Remstal near Stuttgart. At the plant occupied in 2020 in Kernen, the company manufactures on more than 7,500 m² individually designed combined refrigeration and control systems ([CF] Systems) for applications from commercial to industrial refrigeration, with a specialization in CO₂ and propane systems. Manufacturing includes welded, torsion-resistant profile steel frames, piping made of copper, high-pressure-resistant CuFe2P and stainless steel 1.4571 welded under shielding gas, as well as the manufacture of switchgear cabinets and control technology. The combined systems are pressure- and leak-tested and delivered just-in-time to the construction site with the company's own vehicle fleet. In addition to in-house manufacturing, Fischer operates a specialist wholesale business with over 25,000 items, a 360° project service, OEM supply for series appliance manufacturers and, as an exclusive LG distribution partner, air conditioning technology distribution. The group comprises 26 locations in Germany, Switzerland and Denmark with around 500 employees.
