About Christoffel Rötali
Christoffel Rötali GmbH from Davos produces the traditional Bündner Röteli, a cherry liqueur with a golden-red colour, according to the transmitted original recipe dating back to the year 1910. Production is carried out by hand in a small-batch process using barrels of a maximum of 29 litres; all additives, colourings and flavourings are dispensed with. In addition to the classic Original Rötali, the range includes the Christoffel Rötali No.8 – Oak Wood Rötali, introduced in 2025 and refined in oak and sherry wood barrels, as well as Rötali beer and gift boxes. The company offers factory tours with an aperitif and tasting and sells its products via its own online shop. Customers are end consumers and the gastronomy sector, among others the Stall Salär in Davos.
