About CHS Handels Service

CHS Handels Service GmbH, headquartered in Dortmund, is a service company for merchandising, retail service and sales outsourcing at the point of sale (POS). With more than 1,000 service staff and nationwide structures, the company manages branded goods products in supermarkets, hypermarkets, self-service department stores and specialty retailers. Its services include Industry Service with shelf stocking, shelf maintenance, dispo service and placement set-ups, Store Service with new store and department set-ups, conversions and inventories, and Sales Service with customer visits, surveys, audits and order picking. Through Personnel Service, CHS provides logistics, production, office and market staff under an unrestricted permit for commercial temporary staffing as well as on a work contract basis. Logistics centres in Dortmund and Leipzig handle the storage and delivery of sales promotion materials (VKF) including inventory management. A proprietary quality management system, an app-based POS report system (iOS/Android) and an experienced field management team ensure project execution. CHS is a member of the Verband Instore und Logistik (ILS).
