About CIPV
CIPV is a consulting and planning office specialized in photovoltaics, based in Zurich. Behind CIPV is Matthias Roos, who has more than twenty years of experience in the construction and planning of photovoltaic systems up to megawatt scale. The range of services covers three areas: consulting for companies that want to integrate photovoltaics into their line of business (strategy, vision, opportunities, market analysis, training), planning of solar power plants in all phases of the construction process, from potential and preliminary studies through project development and tendering to acceptance and operational optimization, as well as analysis of existing systems with a focus on identifying weak points, repowering, self-consumption optimization and energy management. A central theme is the integration of PV into modern architecture and urban structures, for example in social housing, on industrial sites and in agriculture. Projects include Heuwinkel Allschwil, Haldenhof and the Altwiesen housing estate.
