About us
Circle Soaps is an online shop company based in Normandy, France, that produces handmade soaps using the cold-process method. The products are made exclusively with organic, plant-based ingredients and contain no animal-derived components. The company sees itself as ethically oriented and pursues the goal of working as environmentally friendly as possible and keeping waste to an absolute minimum. This applies to the entire supply chain and production process: the soap molds are made of FSC wood and lined with biodegradable paper, and the gloves used in production are made of compostable natural rubber. Distribution takes place via the company's own online shop; within France, shipping is free for orders of €50 or more. Founder Emma made her own cosmetics products such as toothpaste, lip balm and deodorants for years and completed a soap-making course in England before soap production began.
