About Circtec Germany

Circtec Germany GmbH, based in Möckern/Stegelitz (Saxony-Anhalt), is part of the British CIRCTEC Group and is engaged in the development, production and distribution of reclaimed chemicals and sustainable fuels from waste. The feedstock is end-of-life tyres (scrap tyres), from whose natural and synthetic rubber the company produces commercial-grade, sustainable drop-in fuels and liquid chemicals using the patented CIRCTEC process. In addition, a recycled Carbon Black is recovered from the tyres, which is intended to substitute fossil-based Carbon Black. The plant processes focus on energy efficiency and multi-stage emissions control: process gases are used for energy supply, heat is recovered and flaring is avoided. The CIRCTEC Group is present in five European countries, operates two production plants (a third under development) and has its own design and engineering as well as research and development units. The German company was founded in 2021 and is led by Stephen John Boydell and Heiko Buse.
