About cirp GmbH

cirp GmbH, based in Heimsheim (Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart–Pforzheim region), was founded in 1994 and is a service provider for prototype and small-series production of models, prototypes, tools and end products in plastic, rubber-like polymers and metal. All manufacturing takes place in-house: additive 3D printing (SLS, SLA, PolyJet, FDM/FFF, MJF/SAF/HSS, SLM), vacuum casting with polyurethane resins, rapid tooling and injection molding in the original material, as well as machining CNC production. This is complemented by model making and surface finishing (sanding, polishing, painting, tinting, assembly), CAD design, reverse engineering, FEM analysis and an in-house 3D metrology laboratory according to VDA master sample stage. The company employs around 85 staff, provides training and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Customers come primarily from the automotive industry, medical technology and the consumer goods sector.
