About us
CKD Dichtungstechnik GmbH is a sealing specialist for high-performance elastomers based in Rödermark/Urberach. The company supplies O-rings, flat gaskets, sheets, sealing rings, diaphragms, molded parts and bonded seals made from perfluoroelastomers (FFKM/FFPM), Kalrez®, fluoroelastomers (FKM/FPM, Viton®), fluorosilicone, modified fluoroelastomers (Hi-FKM, AFLAS®, Viton® Extreme) as well as PTFE and PEEK. The range includes proprietary FFKM compounds with approvals such as DVGW/DIN EN 549 and FDA 21-CFR-177.2400, hardnesses from 60 to 90 Shore A, molded O-rings per DIN 3771/1, shock-vulcanized O-rings per DIN 7715 E2, machined PTFE O-rings as well as punched and waterjet-cut parts made from FFKM sheets up to 2 mm. Bonded seals are offered with metal rings made of zinc-plated steel or stainless steel 1.4301 and bonded sealing lips made of NBR, FKM or VMQ. Large warehouse capacities enable fast deliveries, also in emergencies. Customers come from plant and apparatus engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry and pharmacy, gas and refinery plants, energy, medical and laboratory technology, the food and beverage industry, semiconductors and petrochemicals. Since 2018 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Quality management
Incoming goods inspections, inspections accompanying production and final inspections with a first article inspection report are standard; all operational activities are integrated into a quality assurance system. Material testing is performed on test sheets from the laboratory press (tensile strength, elongation at break, Shore hardness, rebound elasticity, density).

- 1992
Foundation of Z+K Stanzteile GmbH in Stadtilm by Kudernak and Zintl; production of rubber, fiber and metal gaskets.

Focus on punched parts made of metal and electrical insulating plastics.

Spin-off of the sealing technology division into the newly founded Celrez Dichtungstechnik under the leadership of Chris Kudernak; registration of the Celrez trademark for perfluoroelastomers.
