CKO Maschinen- und Systemtechnik GmbH was founded in Solingen in January 2011 and specialises in special machinery construction, automation technology and industrial pressure and leak testing. The company designs and manufactures customised machines and systems as one-off units, ergonomic assembly workstations and production cells, as well as leak testing stations and test stations for serial and end-of-line testing. The in-house 3D design department supports projects from product development through prototyping to production maturity; control systems and control cabinet construction including EPLAN electrical documentation are carried out in-house. A core focus is testing station solutions that combine leak testing, strength testing and electromechanical functional testing in a single test cycle, with compressed air and tracer gas methods up to 600 bar. Test part holders, cavities and formed seals are manufactured in-house. Customers come from aerospace, automotive, medical technology, electronics as well as sanitary and medical products; among the customers is Mitsubishi Electric. Assembly, commissioning as well as service, maintenance and upkeep of the systems round off the range of services.
