About CL Machinery
CL Machinery GmbH, based in Worms, manufactures capping and closure machines for the beverage, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The portfolio includes fully automatic cappers (Series 5000 and 8000) for plastic, aluminium roll-on, lug, T-cork, Maxi-Crown and crown cork closures, freestanding cappers, decappers, and closure sorters such as the MC600 for speeds of more than 80,000 bottles per hour. The range is complemented by capping heads of the XT6 and HT6 series, conversion kits for existing crown corkers, and Ring-Pull and Maxi-Crown applications on aluminium, glass and PET bottles. The machines are largely built in stainless steel and cover applications ranging from CSD and NCB through Aseptic and Hotfill to Aerosol and Twist Off. As a former ALCOA/CSI plant, the company also serves as the Technical Service Centre and Spare Parts Service Centre for all CL, ALCOA and CSI machines, including retrofits and emergency spare parts supply. Manufacturing takes place at the Worms site, about 45 minutes south of Frankfurt am Main.
