About Clamax
Clamax S.A. is a Swiss company founded in Geneva in 1988 with over 30 years of experience in watchmaking subcontracting (sous-traitance horlogère). It produces high-precision milled parts such as mainplates (platines), bridges (ponts), circle rings (cercles), plates (plaques), pallets/levers (bascules) and springs (ressorts) – in small, medium and large series as well as prototypes. The machine park comprises modern 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centres with palletisation, including PRIMACON P240, MIKRON HSM400 and Mikron MILL S 200 U. Materials used are brass, steel, maillechort (nickel silver), bronze, Durnico and stainless steel. All manufactured parts undergo quality control in an in-house inspection area; finishing of the parts is carried out via a partner network. Sites are located in Meyrin and Satigny in the Canton of Geneva; delivery is 100 % Swiss Made.
