The products come from claro fairtrade AG, which buys directly from producer organizations in Southern countries, supplemented by regional suppliers such as fish from Richterswil, fresh pasta from Lake Thun, and quinoa products. Additionally, services such as a local delivery service, packaged and shipped corporate gifts, hand-knitted wool socks upon customer request (fairly knitted), and a coffee card with volume discounts are offered.
