About us
Claudio Caviezel GmbH is a cabinetmaking and home furnishings manufactory based in Bern that has been producing custom-made solid wood furniture since 1980. Production is carried out as one-off pieces (unique items) to customer specifications, with the wood carefully selected and traditional craftsmanship combined with modern technology. In addition to furniture manufacturing, the range of services includes restoration and repair of furniture from all stylistic periods, cabinetmaking work on listed buildings in cooperation with the heritage conservation authority of the City of Bern, as well as interior fittings with kitchens, doors, floors and bathroom furniture up to complete home fit-out. The company also installs the CaFloor parquet line, offers furniture care and service, and provides interior design consulting on site at the customer's premises. The company works with solid wood, pays attention to the origin of the wood and recycles a large proportion of its wood waste. Production and showroom are located at Thunstrasse 103/104 in 3006 Bern.
