Plastics technology from Vlotho
The Claus Groth GmbH is a plastics processing company based in Vlotho (district of Herford, East Westphalia-Lippe). Founded in 1948, the company manufactures plastic components using the injection molding process – from raw material to finished functional component – producing several hundred high-quality parts per day. In addition to injection molding production, the Claus Groth GmbH offers toolmaking for injection molds as well as 3D printing for prototypes and auxiliary parts. Customers thus receive the complete value chain from a single source, from tool design through series production to the finished component. Since 1999, the quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001; since 2023, an integrated quality and environmental management system has been implemented. A photovoltaic system with around 310 kWp on the company roof in Vlotho also produces part of the energy requirements.
