Clayton is a manufacturer of industrial steam boilers and steam generators with its own engineering and manufacturing in four regions, including Bornem in Belgium. Clayton of Belgium, the EMEA headquarters founded in 1961, is the European manufacturing and engineering center of the global Clayton Group headquartered in California, with additional production sites in Mexico and Europe. The portfolio includes fired steam generators up to 20,000 kg/h, the Clayton Steam Master (CSM) up to 2,000 kg/h, electric steam generators from 50 kg/h, heat pumps up to 165 °C, and exhaust gas boilers for engines, turbines and furnaces. Steam generators deliver superheated steam up to 425 °C and high-pressure steam up to 200 bar. In addition, the company offers container, skid and hybrid solutions, turnkey projects, and services such as maintenance agreements, water treatment, commissioning, spare parts, retrofit, remote monitoring and rental steam (Steam As A Service). Customers span industries from animal feed and food processing to breweries, chemicals, pharma, oil & gas and shipbuilding through to power plants and hospitals.
