About Clean Flow
Clean Flow is a Swiss company based in Saint-Légier (Riviera Vaudoise) specialising in the reconditioning of diesel particulate filters (DPF/FAP) for passenger cars, delivery vans, trucks, buses, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. At its own technology centre, it offers diagnostics, testing of the particulate emission level with a METAS-certified measuring device, cleaning, repair (cracks, leaks, partial substrate damage) as well as replacement and removal/installation. The cleaning uses the patented DPF-Hybrid Dry and Wet™ technology in a three-stage process: pneumatic dry cleaning (Turbo Air Pulse), hydrodynamic wet cleaning and drying via hot air pulse; a patented bell is available for Euro 6 truck filters. Workshops and fleet operators can send in filters by post and receive them back free of charge; maintenance contracts are offered for fleets. Since 1 January 2023, the Swiss regulation RO 2022 159 has required the permanent conformity of diesel particulate filters, for which Clean Flow provides the necessary measurement and testing procedures.
