CleanSeam is a German manufacturer of weld seam cleaning devices and offers its product range through its own online shop, sold directly by the manufacturer without intermediaries. At its core is an electrochemical process that removes temper colors and scale from weld seams on stainless steel while simultaneously passivating the surface: the non-toxic CleanSeam fluid is applied to the metal surface and the seam is treated with a carbon fiber brush – without toxic pickling chemicals. The range includes two device sets with 500 watts (CleanSeam 50) and 800 watts (CleanSeam 80), electrolytes such as CleanSeam Fluid as well as care products for stainless steel, the MARK.LIQ marking set for electrolytic marking, a Brother printer for marking stencils, and accessories such as carbon fiber brushes, ground clamps, PTFE sleeves and brush holders. The products are aimed at workshops in metal and stainless steel processing that want to clean and passivate weld seams and mark components.
