About cleanXchanger
cleanXchanger Technology GmbH develops and builds customized clean-in-place systems (CIP systems) for the chemical cleaning of heat exchangers and pipelines during operation. The goal is the removal of solid deposits, in particular struvite (NH₄MgPO₄·6H₂O) and biomass deposits, which considerably impair heat transfer in biogas plants and adjacent industries. The systems are modular in design and comprise temperature-controlled heating modules, sensor-controlled dosing units, individually dimensioned tanks, and high-performance pumps with frequency control. The cleaning process follows a defined sequence of fresh-water flushing, chemical cleaning cycle, neutralization and post-rinsing, with continuous monitoring and documentation of all process parameters. In addition, the company offers chemical laboratory analysis of deposit samples, remote monitoring, worldwide transport including installation, as well as the trading of spare parts and operating supplies such as acids, alkalis, and filter units. Fields of application are biogas plants, chemical production, waste processing, and wastewater treatment. The commercial registered office is located in Bönebüttel, the technical site with workshop in Neumünster (Schleswig-Holstein).
