CLEMENS GmbH & Co. KG is a machine factory founded in 1952 and based in Wittlich (Rhineland-Palatinate), employing around 220 staff, including 37 apprentices. The family-owned company manufactures machines and mounted implements for under-vine, soil and canopy management, tool carriers, seeders, solutions for high-clearance tractors and tracked vehicles as well as control technology for viticulture, orcharding, nurseries and agricultural engineering. As a partner to industry in special machine engineering, CLEMENS has been developing and producing complete machines as well as complex mechanical components, parts, systems and assemblies to customer specifications since 1973. Manufacturing includes CNC turning and CNC milling including 5-axis machining, certified welding (including stainless steel), industrial painting, heat treatment in partner cooperation, and assembly through to handover in ready-to-operate condition including hydraulics, pneumatics and control technology. Stainless steel is used for the mechanical seeder and other products. With an export share of 80%, the company supplies customers worldwide; in addition, CLEMENS represents partners such as GAI, ENOS, MAS PACK, TDD and LETINA in the field of filling and packaging lines.
