Clemens Lammers GmbH & Co. KG has been active in electrical drive technology since 1946 and carries out all mechanical and electrical processing steps in-house. The service portfolio comprises the four business units drive technology with more than 60,000 stocked electric drives, custom drives built to customer specifications, service & maintenance and diagnostics. The offering includes repair and overhaul of AC, DC and servo motors, generators, gear motors, pumps, compressors, fans and transformers, including explosion-protected motors (approved by the RP Münster district government). In-house capabilities include turning, milling, balancing up to 6 t as well as assembly and disassembly facilities up to 20 t. Diagnostics include frequency and vibration analysis, thermography, laser-optical alignment systems, surge voltage testing and load test benches up to 400 kW; in addition, the company offers the ZOI© – condition-oriented maintenance concept and a 24-hour emergency service. Customers include, among others, the chemical and petrochemical industry, offshore and marine applications as well as the pump, fan, compressor and conveying technology sectors.
