Intelligent Solutions from Altenberge
CLK GmbH, based in Altenberge in the Münsterland region, has been developing, producing and distributing solutions in industrial image processing and flexible robotics since 1996. The company manufactures non-contact quality control and positioning systems used, among other things, for object detection, measurement, identification, quality assessment, completeness checks and robot guidance. The portfolio includes standard and custom solutions, turnkey automation with fully integrated components, as well as systems for foreign object detection (MultiCheck, DeepHyperCheck), leak testing (VacuCheck) and feature inspection (ChickenCheck). In the field of robotics, CLK implements handling, machining, packaging and robot-guided quality inspections, including lot size 1, as well as automated robot welding solutions with 3D laser scanning systems. Its main industries are the food and packaging industries; further applications can be found in the metal, agricultural and manufacturing industries. The systems are made of V4A stainless steel and polycarbonate and are designed for use in food environments up to IP69k-equivalent protection.
