About Clubplaner

The Clubplaner is a web-based software for organizing event venues, developed by Jurij Klauss, a former Hamburg club operator. The tool brings together program and schedule planning, room occupancy and rental, staff planning, advance ticket sales and press work in one central place. It has been continuously developed over the past roughly 20 years in practical collaboration with customers and has also been offered as an online edition since 2010. The software can be individually adapted to existing workflows via custom forms, tables and free-text fields; special solutions such as linking to in-house info screens are possible. Users range from small music clubs to cultural centers hosting several thousand events per year, including venues such as Knust, Logo, Hafenklang and Große Freiheit 36 in Hamburg as well as Kammgarn Kaiserslautern and Z-Bau Nuremberg. The company is based at Mathildenstraße 2 in Hamburg.
