About CM elektronik
CM elektronik GmbH is a fully integrated E²MS provider (Electronics Engineering and Manufacturing Services) based in Riegel am Kaiserstuhl. The company develops and manufactures complex electrical modules and complete devices according to customer specifications, covering the entire value chain: from schematic design and PCB layout through component procurement to PCB assembly, device integration and functional testing. PCB assembly is carried out on two fully automated SMD lines as well as at manual workstations; through-hole components are processed on a selective soldering system. Assemblies are 100% inspected by AOI, cleaned and, if required, coated completely or partially. Production is in the high-mix low-volume range with lot sizes of 20 to 1,000 units; prototypes are produced within 3 to 4 weeks using series technologies. Customers come from the semiconductor industry, medical technology, mechanical and plant engineering, special-purpose vehicles and metrology. The company was founded in 1994 in Emmendingen and has been certified under ISO 9001 (1999) and ISO 13485 (2022).
