About CM Térmica
CM Térmica is a Portuguese manufacturer of thermal insulation plates for industrial tools and molds. The product portfolio comprises the ISO-MOLD Standard plate line for general applications, ISO-MOLD High Temp for temperatures up to 300 °C and ISO-MOLD Precision for molds with high demands on dimensional accuracy, complemented by individually developed special solutions. The plates are characterized by high mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, dimensional stability and easy machinability; in addition to standard thicknesses, the company offers CAD-CAM machining of plates in special thicknesses. The insulation plates reduce heat losses, improve the thermal uniformity of molds, extend equipment service life and shorten cycle times. Customer industries include the automotive industry, plastic packaging, electronic components, household appliances and the medical-clinical sector. In addition to manufacturing, CM Térmica offers free technical analyses, custom developments, implementation support and technical support.
