About CMF Oberflächenbeschichtung
CMF Oberflächenbeschichtung GmbH from Lichtenau in Saxony specialises in the finishing of metal surfaces. Its core product is chemical nickel (electroless nickel plating with nickel-phosphorus layers), which is applied to aluminium, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. The process produces uniform layer thicknesses across the entire component, increases hardness – up to 1000 HV through heat treatment – and offers high corrosion and wear resistance. In addition, the company offers component cleaning as well as partial coatings. With customised plant technology, CMF supports customers as early as the development phase before series production starts, in order to demonstrate the expected quality at an early stage and to identify risks in advance. The quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; its scope covers cleaning and finishing of surfaces with chemical nickel for the manufacturing and processing industry.
