About us
CNC-Bearbeitung Bernhard Schmidt is a sole proprietorship based in Karlsbad (Baden-Württemberg) that has offered CNC machining for single parts and small series since 2000. Founded in Rastatt, the machine park was expanded in 2006 with a second DMG machining center; today both centers are operated at the Karlsbad site. The company produces CNC-milled parts from aluminium alloys, stainless steel, titanium alloys and special alloys such as Ni36. In addition, the company offers surface treatments, which are carried out with regional partners, as well as glass bead blasting of aluminium surfaces on its own blasting system. Production is resource-conserving using green electricity; quality assurance is supported by the modern machine park. Customers come from a variety of industries, among others for components for metrology and hi-fi audio equipment.
