About CNC-Mechanik Wüthrich
CNC-Mechanik Wüthrich (CMW) is a contract manufacturing company founded in 2006 and based in Biglen in the canton of Bern, specialising in CNC milling. On 940 m² of workshop space, the company manufactures precise milled parts from aluminium, steel and stainless materials using ten CNC machines – from prototypes and single pieces through small and medium series to series production of several thousand pieces. The machine park includes two Reiden RX 10 5-axis machining centres with 5-fold pallet changers, several vertical machining centres from Kunzmann and Kondia, as well as a surface grinding machine and an in-house sawmill with raw material warehouse; all machines run on Heidenhain iTNC-530/TNC-640 controls. Customers come from industries such as medical technology, apparatus engineering, automotive, aerospace, energy and from public authorities; references include, among others, GF Machining Solutions, Schleuniger and Rychiger. The company operates on the principles of flexible, fair and precise work and offers contract manufacturing to customer specifications.
