CNC-Solutions Baden GmbH manufactures CNC milled parts and CNC turned parts made of titanium, steel, aluminium, special alloys and plastics in Durmersheim near Karlsruhe. The company evolved from JEB Maschinenbau GmbH, founded in 1986, and has many years of experience in machining aerospace semi-finished products, especially titanium. Manufacturing includes CNC milling up to 3,000 × 900 × 900 mm, CNC turning with turning, drilling and milling in a single setup, as well as 5-axis machining and automated series production with vise magazines. Upon request, the company coordinates further process steps such as ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, surface treatment via approved suppliers and assembly through to ready-to-install components. Customers from aerospace, mechanical engineering and medical technology in Germany and Europe receive approvals such as Airbus QSPL as well as the associated test certificates. With two sites, 19 CNC machines and around 2,000 m² of production space, the company manufactures from single parts to series production, complemented by a speed shop for rush orders and prototypes.

History
- 1986
Start of CNC manufacturing as JEB Maschinenbau GmbH in Durmersheim.
- 2021
On 30.09.2021, Mr. and Mrs. Brunner handed over the operational business to Michael Schirra; the CNC-Solutions Baden GmbH was established with Marco Schirra as Prokurist (authorized officer). Team, know-how, machinery and certifications were taken over.

Installation of a photovoltaic system on the hall roof.
- 2025
Since 01.03.2025, FRITZ Maschinenbau GmbH in Au am Rhein has complemented manufacturing with around 800 m² of production space and six additional machines; expansion of the machinery with POSmill CE1000 and POSmill H500U.

Set-up of tool magazines and tool cabinets together with partner Gühring.
