CNC-Technik Haase GmbH is a German manufacturer of CNC gantry milling machines based in Neuss. The company develops and manufactures its machines entirely in-house (Made in Germany) and offers several series for different requirements: the AL series for entry-level use (travel up to 2000 x 1000 x 125 mm), the AL-M series as a high-end generation with 180-watt servo motors, 16-mm ball screws and speeds up to 300 mm/s, and the AL-S series for industrial requirements with 25-mm ball screws and positioning speeds of up to 30 m/min. The machines are made from stress-relieved, face-milled aluminium plates, are anodised or powder-coated and undergo a multi-hour test run before delivery. In addition to machines, custom builds, milling spindles, milling tools and accessories, Haase CNC offers training, a daily in-house trade fair with consultation and spare parts sales. Target groups are industry, trades, training, model making, sign making, furniture construction, small-series production as well as art and design. According to the company, more than 5000 machines are in use worldwide.
