About us

CNC-Technik Hans Gloser is a sole proprietorship founded in 1999, based in Magstadt (Baden-Württemberg), specializing in the machining of plastics, wood and light metals. The focus is on CNC manufacturing: on a 4-axis milling machine, parts up to 3200 mm in length and 1295 mm in width can be produced, with 5 of 6 sides machined in a single clamping. Other processes include CNC turning up to 220 mm turning diameter, cutting of sheet formats on panel saws (block thickness up to 70 mm, length over 3 m), hot bending of parts up to 2 m in length, and mill-polishing of PMMA edges up to 1300 mm in length. Bonded plastic parts are also produced. All data is created in a CAD system or imported as external DXF data. Standard parts can be pre-produced and kept in finished-goods stock, delivered on demand.

Materials & Processes

PMMA

PMMA (acrylic glass)

Among other things milled, bonded and, during mill-polishing, polished to transparent edges up to 1300 mm in length.

KU

Plastics

Core material for milled parts, turned parts, bent parts and bonded parts.

Al

Light metals (aluminium)

Machined by cutting on the milling and turning machines.

Hz
