About Cocuma

Cocuma AG is a coffee roastery based in Biel/Bienne in the Swiss Seeland region. Since 2015, we have been roasting coffee beans by hand over wood fire – around 95% of the beans are refined using this traditional roasting method, in which the dynamics of the fire shape the roast. We source our green coffees on a direct & fair principle, directly and transparently from growers in producing countries such as Ethiopia, Colombia, India and Brazil. The range includes roasted coffees in various flavour profiles, caffeine-free varieties, subscriptions, limited special lots such as GESHA LOT 64, and a barista crash course. Customers are end consumers via the online shop as well as gastronomy, hotel and café businesses in the region. The company operates bilingually (German/French) and delivers within Switzerland.
