A small Swiss studio building its own companies

COELIS Sagl is an AI-native venture studio based in Lugano, in the canton of Ticino, Switzerland. The studio founds and runs its own companies, one at a time, financed with the founder's own funds – it does not work for clients and currently offers neither consulting nor services. The companies operate according to a written method: software agents prepare the work within rules and budgets, a human decides and signs, and every relevant action is logged. The method is not rebuilt for each venture, but copied, checked and improved. Today the studio consists of its founder, who works together with software agents; two internal tools, NEXUS and Atlas, govern the agents and map the processes.
