Cohausz Leuchten GmbH is a family-run luminaire manufacturer based in Horstmar in the Münsterland region. Since 1948, lighting systems have been planned, designed and produced there. The portfolio includes made-to-measure LED luminaires: surface-mounted, recessed and pendant luminaires, wall luminaires, hall lighting, light line systems as well as special luminaires as contract manufacturing to customer specification. Production uses sheet steel, stainless steel sheet and profiled aluminium; corrosion resistance is achieved through powder and wet paint coating in a wide variety of colours. In addition to manufacturing, the company handles the complete electrical installation, the integration of control systems (RGB(W), tunable white/Human Centric Lighting, emergency lighting, sensor technology, Smart Building, Li-Fi) as well as the retrofitting of existing luminaire systems with made-to-measure LED luminaire inserts. Fields of application include residential areas, office and commercial buildings, retail spaces, exhibition areas, sports facilities and bed head luminaires for hospitals; customers are architects, lighting planners and building owners.
