Comadex Cutting Tools B.V. has specialised since 1948 in the manufacture and marketing of wear parts and cutting tools made from tool steel and carbide. The product range includes ceramic indexable inserts for hard turning of cast iron and difficult-to-machine alloys, turning tools for aluminium machining, and spare parts for steel and rolling mills such as carbide rings, composite rolls, pinch rolls, gears, shafts, bearings, bushes, guide rolls, shear blades and wear plates. Custom-made cutting tools, clamping systems and holders are also manufactured entirely to customer specification – from one-off pieces to series production. Production takes place in the company's own manufacturing facilities with a modern machine park and measuring-room-supported quality control at micron level. Customers come from the steel and rolling mill industry, metal processing, electrical engineering, wood and plastics processing, and mechanical engineering. The company is represented with locations in Emmerich (Germany) and Zevenaar (Netherlands) and delivers worldwide with a focus on Europe and the Middle East.
