Hygiene and quality

Commissioning is carried out with a documented acceptance protocol; wash and rinse temperatures of approx. 55–65 °C and 82–85 °C respectively according to DIN 10534 support HACCP compliance. Operating data can be logged via integrated displays and the Cloud Washing platform.
