About Commeo
Commeo Systems GmbH develops and produces stationary lithium-ion battery storage systems and energy management solutions for industrial and commercial enterprises. The portfolio includes indoor battery systems, outdoor battery systems and BESS containers as well as the company's own Energy Control System for visualising, controlling and optimising energy and information flows. The battery modules are manufactured at the Wallenhorst site; since 2024, the CommeoPark has been located there, a production facility with a floor area of around 19,000 m² and an initial capacity of 1 GWh per year, whose expansion to 4 GWh is planned. The systems are type-tested in collaboration with TÜV and external testing institutes and are designed in accordance with ISO27001 requirements. Applications range from peak load capping and self-consumption optimisation to e-vehicle charging infrastructure and industrial trucks, through to hydrogen projects. Reference customers include WILO Projects, bill-X, Göckemeyer Metallbau and Rittal (sales partnership).
