About CompraXX
CompraXX GmbH was founded in 2014 and offers trial and contract compounding for thermoplastic plastics. At the Queis site (Landsberg, Saxony-Anhalt), three twin-screw compounding lines are available on 4,000 m² of production and warehouse space, with an annual capacity of 7,800 tonnes. The service portfolio includes toll compounding, masterbatch production (functional, additive, colored), dry blending of pellets and powders, infrared drying and crystallization as well as desiccant-air drying as toll services. Refinements include glass-fiber and natural-fiber reinforcement, fillers, additive incorporation, flame retardants and micropellet production. The range of materials processed extends from PA, PPA, PC, ABS, PET and PBT to PE, PP and EVA, through to engineering polymers such as PPS, PSU, LCP, POK and POM as well as bio- and starch-based polymers. Batch sizes start from a few kilograms (from 25 kg) up to a full truckload. In-house laboratory capacity and ISO 9001:2015 certification support quality assurance; over 70% of power consumption comes from renewable energies. Customer industries include E&E, automotive, films & packaging, consumer goods as well as pipe & hose and the 3D printing industry.
