About COMPRESSANA
COMPRESSANA is a manufacturer of innovative medical and fashionable compression and support stockings as well as tights. The product range comprises twelve flat- and circular-knitted compression lines for leg, arm, finger, hand and toe care in phlebology and lymphology, plus fine support stockings from 40 to 140 den, functional and travel stockings, sports compression with FIR infrared technology, orthopaedic bandages, health socks for diabetics and medical adaptive compression systems. Production is predominantly circular- and flat-knitted using natural and high-performance fibres such as polyamide, elastane, cotton, merino wool, silk and silver fibres; made-to-measure items follow a tested sizing system supported by the BodyLux 3D scanning system. The products are made almost exclusively in handcrafted fashion in Europe – compression stockings, health socks and accessories mainly in Germany, support stockings in Italy – in a highly specialised network with partners and suppliers. The company, based in Neutraubling, is part of the worldwide JUZO network and supplies specialist retailers, surgical appliance retailers and pharmacies.
