Computerhilfe-Hamburg.org is a sole proprietorship founded in 2015 by Nico Keller with a workshop in Hamburg-Niendorf. The company offers manufacturer-independent repair of PCs, laptops, notebooks, Apple devices (MacBook, iMac) and smartphones as well as data recovery from hard drives (HDD), SSDs and USB sticks. Its services include hardware repairs such as mainboard repairs and soldering work, SSD conversion, RAM upgrades, fan and cooling system maintenance, water damage treatment, as well as software services such as operating system installation, virus removal and system optimization. In addition, remote maintenance, on-site service (49 €/hour plus travel), pick-up and delivery service, and IT support for small and medium-sized enterprises are offered. Data recovery is carried out depending on the case via software or in the clean room laboratory; nationwide shipping of devices is possible. Customers are private individuals as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in Hamburg and the surrounding area. Work is carried out only after prior diagnosis and a transparent cost estimate; all measures are documented.
