Its portfolio includes miniature circular connectors of the MicroCom series (diameter 5.0–18 mm, 2- to 12-pole, solder/crimp termination, PCB mounting, 2,500 mating cycles, -55 °C to 250 °C), Micro-D rectangular connectors to MIL 83513 with twist-pin (9- to 100-pole, hermetic and EMC-sealed) as well as matching backshells. In addition, Comtronic develops and manufactures custom solutions such as backplanes and components for extreme shock loads, temperature requirements and miniaturization. In cable assembly, the company realizes complex cable sets in small to medium quantities with 100 % testing. In addition, the company handles the procurement of MIL-approved and discontinued components as well as heat-shrink and braided sleeving, including special versions in RAL colors, PTFE and Viton.
