About Concept Beton
Concept Beton Betonwerk GmbH produces high-quality precast concrete elements in Lünen, west of Dortmund on the northern edge of the Ruhr region. The company has been active for over 25 years in the fields of prefabricated garages, technical rooms and structural precast elements, and for some time also in the self-storage sector. Production is carried out in element construction using reinforced concrete of strength class C45/55 with wall thicknesses of at least 10 to 12 cm, and more where required, for example on sloping sites or roof terraces. No grid sizes are used; floor plans are manufactured entirely according to customers' wishes, including trapezoidal garages that adapt to boundary lines. The services range from planning and consulting to support with the building permit, through to manufacturing and turnkey assembly including finishing with plaster, doors, windows and gates. Products include prefabricated garages, storage units (self-storage XXL), technical rooms for generators and pumps, as well as multi-purpose buildings such as storage halls in element construction. The team consists of around 30 employees.
