BSK Verkaufsmobile in Mühlen (Lower Saxony, approx. 40 km north of Osnabrück) manufactures mobile sales units and sales trailer bodies for baked goods, agricultural products, fish and snacks. The base vehicles are Mercedes-Benz (Sprinter, Vito, Citan) and Volkswagen (Crafter) as well as AL-KO AMC low-frame chassis with 205 mm frame lowering. The self-supporting box body with form-fit connection to the cab is produced in-house from 44 mm sandwich walls (2 mm GRP gelcoat, 40 mm PU foam RG 50) and a fully insulated floor assembly approx. 6 cm thick made of GRP, PU foam, steel tube and shuttering plywood. The connection and door profile technology is crash tested per DIN EN 1789. The interior is fitted with 12-volt stainless steel refrigeration technology (partly V4A), lithium battery packs, LED lighting and lightweight built-in furniture with weight savings of up to 180 kg. BSK is a certified partner of Daimler AG in the field of mobile sales units and delivers throughout Europe, from one-off production to near-series manufacturing.
