Company
Condor-Werke Gebr. Frede GmbH, founded in 1893 and family-run in the fourth generation, is headquartered in Ennigerloh-Westkirchen (Westphalia). The Condor Group develops and manufactures components and system solutions for the regulation and control of pressure and level: electromechanical power and control pressure switches of the MDR series, pump controls, motor protection switches, float switches as well as standardized and custom electronic control solutions. The value chain includes in-house toolmaking, plastic injection molding (since 2008), and at the Wuppertal site (Condor Elektronic Scharco) SMT and THT printed circuit board assembly with automatic optical inspection and electrical testing. Housings and components are made, among other things, from aluminum die casting, stainless steel, brass and galvanized steel. Condor products are used worldwide in compressed air technology, water and wastewater technology, fire protection/fire extinguishing systems, railway technology, shipbuilding, agriculture, retail and plant engineering – from prototypes through small and medium production runs to large-scale series.
