CONIUNCTA is a German developer and manufacturer of plant extracts, ferments and active ingredients for the cosmetics and food industry. The portfolio comprises around 400 extracts in four product groups: liquid extracts on a glycerin or glycol base, oil extracts on a jojoba or squalane base, powder extracts for capsules and water-free systems, and 18 special extracts of the CONIUNCTA PRO line. The heart of production is the proprietary AVE platform (Adaptive Vacuum Extraction), an AI-controlled vacuum extraction process that opens up plant cells under adaptive vacuum, preserves heat-sensitive phytoactive ingredients and reduces solvent and energy consumption. The process comprises incoming goods inspection, pre-fermentation, extraction with control of pressure, temperature and shear, heat treatment, multi-stage filtration, as well as batch-related analytics and release. Every extract is specified via a lead marker and documented with TDS, SDS, Claim Data Sheet and a certificate of analysis per batch. The company, headquartered in Nuremberg, employs 11 to 50 staff, supplies 434 customers in 40 countries and was awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal in 2026.
