Materials and Processes
Rubber granulate (recycled from end-of-life tyres)
Base raw material from end-of-life tyres for flooring systems, edging and design products, in line with the circular economy.
SBR rubber granulate
Used, among other things, in grass pavers, paving stones and fall-protection tiles.
EPDM
For design paving, grass pavers and fall-protection-safe floor coverings.
Virgin rubber
Low-contaminant moulded rubber parts, among other things for medical technology and the automotive industry.
Soft rubber
For flexible rubber-metal bonds such as the Terrasoft sand bucket.
Polyurethane (adhesive/binder)
1K and 2K polyurethane adhesives for spot and area bonding of moulded rubber articles.
Steel
Material for toolmaking, steel construction and playground equipment.
Stainless steel
For playground equipment, exterior design elements and rubber-metal bonds.
Wood
Processed in the in-house wood construction, among other things for play and design elements.
