Consense GmbH, based in Düren, is a service provider for claims and fleet management, serving companies with vehicle fleets as well as insurance companies. Under its three brands Consense, Optimea and Motus Schadenzentrum, the company bundles claims intake, expert reports prepared by certified automotive experts, accident repair and claims settlement from a single source. The company's own workshop in Düren carries out accident repairs to manufacturer specifications using original spare parts, including body alignment work, painting, vehicle wrapping/decals as well as measurement and calibration of driver assistance systems. A network of approximately 350 partner workshops ensures almost nationwide coverage. Digital solutions such as the web-based software Mobilis and the Consense for Drivers app enable transparent tracking of repair progress. The service portfolio is complemented by towing and pickup-and-delivery service, vehicle valuation and fleet management.
